About Vulkano Stays
Vulkano Stays is a holiday rental platform dedicated exclusively to the Canary Islands. We connect guests directly with the property owner: no international middlemen, no guest service fee, and the full price broken down before you pay.
What we do
We list houses, villas, apartments and multi-unit complexes across all eight Canary Islands. Guests search by island, municipality, dates and party size, see the host's real availability and book on the platform itself. Complexes can be booked as a single combined reservation covering several units of the same building.
How booking works
Every booking is paid by card through a certified payment provider; Vulkano Stays never stores card details. The host is paid out once the booking is confirmed, and the guest keeps the full breakdown: nights, long-stay discounts, cleaning and taxes. Messaging with the host happens inside the platform, with automatic chat translation.
Legal compliance
Listings carry a Canary Islands tourist registration number and the property's cadastral reference. Bookings are reported to the official Spanish guest registration system (SES Hospedajes) and host activity is reported under the European DAC7 rules. Personal data is processed under the GDPR, with the privacy policy published on the site.
Why only the Canary Islands
The archipelago has its own tourism regulations, an inverted high season and a very specific international demand. Focusing on a single destination lets us know every island and municipality, show real inventory per area and support guests in their own language.
